600 ألف دينار خلوا لمطعم في مجمع تجاري بالعاصمة

علمت القبس ان مجموعة استثمارية معروفة تمتلك وكالة مطاعم فرنسية مشهورة قامت مؤخرا بدفع خلو لتأجير مطعم في مجمع تجاري معروف في قلب العاصمة بقيمة 600 ألف دينار، ما يعادل مليوني دولار. وبينت المصادر ان المجموعة الاسثمارية نفسها قامت بدفع خلوات أيضا لتأجير موقع مطعهما الفرنسي ومنها موقع استراتيجي بالقرب من شارع الخليج بمبلغ يصل الى مليون دينار. وأفادت أن المجموعة الاستثمارية تقوم حاليا بتجهيز ديكورات المطعم الجديد الذي من المتوقع افتتاحه قبل نهاية العام الجاري، أو مع بداية السنة الجديدة 2016. و أشارت المصادر الى ان المجمع الذي يقع فيه المطعم صاحب ال600 الف دينار خلوا، هو مجمع تجاري شهير في العاصمة ويعتبر من ارقى المجمعات التجارية في الكويت حيث حافظ على قيمته على الرغم من قدم انشائه. وبينت مصادر ذات صلة ان اسعار الخلو في الكويت خلال الفترة الماضية شهدت تراجعا طفيفا في بعض المجمعات التجارية خصوصا الحديث منها الا انها بقيت متماسكة في مجمعات مثل الافنيوز و مول 360.
