Malabar opens its 90th outlet in Kuwait

الجهاز الفني للمبادرات يدعو القطاع الخاص الى المزايدة على عقار سوق الكويت

الكويت - 21 - 11 (كونا) -- دعا الجهاز الفني لدراسة المشروعات التنموية والمبادرات القطاع الخاص الى تقديم العطاءات للمزايدة في شأن ادارة وتطوير وتشغيل وصيانة عقار سوق الكويت. وأفاد الجهاز في بيان صحافي خص به وكالة الانباء الكويتية (كونا) اليوم بأن طرح المشروع يأتي عملا بأحكام القانون رقم 7 لسنة 2008 الخاص بتنظيم عمليات البناء والتشغيل والتحويل والانظمة المشابهة. وأضاف ان طرح المزايدة لعقار سوق الكويت يعتبر المشروع الرابع الذي تم طرحه بمزايدة عامة على القطاع الخاص ليتولى ادارته موضحا ان سوق الكويت يتميز بموقعه في القطعة التجارية رقم (8) في منطقة القبلة بالعاصمة والموصوف بالمخطط المساحي رقم (م/29003) والبالغة مساحتها 9400 مترمربع. وذكر ان العديد من الجهات المتخصصة حصلت على وثائق المزايدة وذلك بمقر الجهاز الفني في مبنى شركة المشروعات السياحية بمنطقة الشويخ الادارية مبينا أن آخر موعد لتقديم العطاءات هو يوم الاحد الموافق ل13 يناير المقبل. وأشار الجهاز الى اجتماع تمهيدي سيتم عقده لجميع المزايدين ممن قاموا بشراء وثائق المزايدة وذلك في الساعة العاشرة من صباح يوم الاحد المقبل. ويقوم جهاز الفني لدراسة المشروعات التنموية والمبادرات بإعادة طرح المشروعات المنتهية والمقامة على أملاك الدولة العقارية تماشيا مع التوجه العام للحكومة بتفعيل دور القطاع الخاص في ادارة وتطوير وتشغيل وصيانة العقارات المملوكة للدولة وفقا لنظام الشراكة بين القطاعين العام والخاص في اطار أحكام القانون رقم 7/2008. ويعنى الجهاز الفني بتكليف من اللجنة العليا للمشروعات التي تقام على أملاك الدولة العقارية باعادة طرح المشاريع التي آلت الى الدولة في مزايدة عامة. ومن باكورة تلك المشاريع التي آلت الى الدولة عقار سوق الوطنية وتم الانتهاء من اجراءات الترسية واختيار المزايد الفائز الذي قدم أعلى عائد للدولة مقابل ادارة المشروع بعد استيفائه للشروط المطلوبة وأبرمت وزارة المالية عقد الادارة معه بصفتها الجهة العامة المختصة بالمشروع. وتولى الجهاز الفني بالتعاون مع وزارة المالية اعادة طرح عقار سوق الوطية الذي يعتبر ثاني العقارات الذي آل الى الدولة وقد تقدم للمشاركة في هذه المزايدة عدد من الجهات المتخصصة في ادارة العقار. كما يتولى الجهاز طرح العقارات التي آلت الى الدولة تباعا حيث يتم الاعلان عنها بعد استكمال جميع الشروط والمتطلبات عملا بأحكام القانون رقم 7 لسنة 2008 بتنظيم عمليات البناء والتشغيل والتحويل والأنظمة المشابهة.(النهاية) ف ن ك / ت ب كونا211027 جمت نوف 12

صدور حكم نهائي في قضية «الوطنية العقارية»

أعلنت الشركة الوطنية العقارية ان محكمة التمييز قضت بجلستها أمس الاول الغاء إحكام الاستئناف الصادرة بخصوص المجمعين وايدت الحكم الصادر من محكمة اول درجة في شان انهاء العقدين ‏المبرمين بين الشركة الوطنية العقارية وإدارة أملاك الدولة بخصوص استغلال ‏ القسيمة المقام عليها مجمع الوطية خلف الشيراتون والقسيمة المقام عليها ‏مجمع الوطنية بالمرقاب.‏ وأفادت الشركة بان هذا الحكم لن يكون له تأثيرات مادية سلبية على نتائج اعمال الشركة، حيث انه ومن مبدأ الحيطة والحذر فقد قامت الشركة الوطنية العقارية ‏بتسجيل مخصصات لكامل قيمة أصول هذه المجمعات، كما ان الشركة لم تسجل ‏اي إيرادات في بيان الدخل عن هذين المجمعين خلال فترة تسلم الوزارة ‏للمجمعات وحتى تاريخه وذلك لحين البت في الحكم نهائيا من محكمة التمييز.‏

الوطنية العقارية تستعيد عقداً فسخته الحكومة

قالت الشركة الوطنية العقارية الكويتية انها تولت تشغيل مجمع تجاري بعد أن كسبت طعنا قانونيا في محاولات الحكومة لفسخ العقد. وفي يونيو ألغت محكمة كويتية قرارا لوزارة المالية لفسخ عقدي البناء والتشغيل والنقل (بي أو تي) لمجمعي الوطنية والوطية التجاريين. وقالت «الوطنية العقارية» في بيان نشر في موقع البورصة الكويتية على الانترنت «انه تم تنفيذ الحكم 2006/101 مستأنف اداري 2 وانه تم استلام الشركة الوطنية العقارية للعقار موضوع الدعوى فعليا»، واضافت الشركة انها تولت تشغيل مجمع الوطية، لكنها لم تذكر شيئا عن مجمع الوطنية التجاري. وألغت الحكومة العام الماضي سلسلة عقود مع الوطنية العقارية وشركة أجيليتي التي تملك «الوطنية العقارية» حصة فيها استنادا الى تقرير من مكتب المحاسبات الذي طلبت منه الحكومة التحقيق في عقود مع القطاع الخاص. ونفت الشركتان أي مخالفات.
