Paul celebrates ten years of operations in the UAE

The 124-year-old global French baker and restaurant chain Paul celebrated 10 years of its culinary services in the UAE at Mercato Mall, where its first local branch was set up. The event was attended by Paul International chairman Maxime Holder and Azadeah Group country manager Cesar Moukarzel. Holder said: “At Paul we have an illustrious history of making the finest French bread and bakery products and a long tradition to live up to. “We are conscious of this responsibility to our patrons worldwide and in the UAE. We have always given our best efforts to live up to their expectations. “We are very happy that our dedication to our customers and to our craft has enabled us to complete 10 successful and eventful years in the UAE. Our popularity here has grown with every passing year and we want to thank the people of the UAE for their support which has enabled us to open 15 restaurants so far in the country.” Moukarzel added: “As Paul celebrates a decade in the UAE, we are delighted to be part of their journey. The Azadea Group has an enviable record of bringing the best of the world to the region, be it in fashion or food, and there can be no better example of this than Paul. We wish them all the best going forward and look forward to continued partnership and success in the years to come.” During the celebrations, Holder cut a specially baked 10-year anniversary cake. Guests wrote their birthday wishes to Paul on a huge board set up at the restaurant.
