The Project acquired its importance from its location, the plot is one of few plots that is facing two significant sides, the central commercial street in Salmiyah (Salem Al-Mubarak) from one side, and the sea view from the other side. In addition to the sea view facing elevation is oriented to the north. The design aim was to develop a mall that has all provisions for entertainment, dining & cafes in one location with different varieties to the visitor. Providing the demand of parking was an important goal as well because of the high traffic in the area. The project consists of 3 basements, ground, 2 mezzanine & 4 floors. The basement was used mainly for parking & building utilities, so visitors can access the mall from the parking. Ground Floor & First Mezzanine contains main entrances, shops & cafes. Second Mezzanine has the food court, and the typical floors contain shops & dine-in restaurants with open terraces for sea view. The mall has 4 cinemas and new entertainment zone. The client desired to have practical & simple elevations, therefore the exterior design is straight forward with well-detailed finishes. Interior Design has been treated with modern simple finishes providing a suitable design framing the shops appearance.
