The menu focuses on dishes inspired by the markets of London with an emphasis on comfort and creativity. Guests can lose themselves in new flavor combinations from across the world while never straying too far from home. We make sure the coffee is nothing short of superb. That is why we teamed up with Bean Shot Coffee, an artisanal roaster based in Somerset, England, that train our staff to serve you only the best coffee. Our bestsellers in the coffee bar include regular and Spanish Latte. We serve breakfast, lunch, dinner, and everything in between. Inspired by the markets of London, soft sunlight, and lazy afternoons at the park, our humble kitchen offers upscale comfort food with a focus on fresh ingredients. Our best sellers vary from salads, mains, and appetizers that include our signature Cheese Burger, Grilled Chicken Over Kale Salad, Salted Caramel Chicken Strips, along with the Grilled Salmon. Three & Barista not only does food and coffee, but also weddings, catering, events, and collaborations. Our staff is professionally trained in house, handled by the outlet manager and the company’s senior trainer. Three & Barista’s will enjoy not only the food and products, but the light roasted coffee beans brewed with perfection into their cups, to they will do so in a new and green atmosphere. They will have the option of either enjoying the nicely designed interior overseeing a small internal garden or on the terrace overlooking the water feature and the park greeneries.

The catchment area of Crimson Garden in Spoons is a mix of expats and Kuwaiti nationals. Expats mainly reside in the investment areas where high rise residential towers are permitted. Kuwaiti nationals reside in the average income residential areas such as Riqqa, Hadiya, Jaber Al Ali, and Sabaiya. Those areas are mainly accommodated by Kuwaitis from tribal background. This segment is interested in traditional cuisines such as Kuwaiti, Turkish, Indian, and Persian that serve large portions of rice with meat and chicken. Kuwaiti residents in those areas were mainly targeting Spoons and the coastal road complexes to dine up until the opening of the different shopping complexes in Augaila. The new shopping centers in Augaila such as Bairaq Mall, Liwan Mall, The Gate Mall, and Arabia Mall feature large numbers of traditional restaurants. Such development impacted the performance of Crimson Garden in Spoons.

Crimson Garden is negatively impacted by the fast growth of retail and foodservice offerings in Ahmadi and Mubarak Al Kabeer Governorates. The coastal road starting from Fintas all the way to Fahaheel is quickly developing to house various foodservice complexes featuring a large variety of cuisines and formats. Spoons and its restaurants had an early entry advantage where it captured a big share of the customers from the surrounding areas. The coastal road currently feature 8 operating F&B complexes and will increase to 11 by the end of 2015.
