Intimissimi Opens in Bahrain

And glamour was everywhere at Intimissimi’s official store launch at the ground level of Bahrain City Centre on Thursday, 2nd March 2017. The Italian lingerie brand combines impeccable design with quality and a flawless fit – encapsulating femininity and glamour with their vast collection of sensual lingerie. To mark the grand opening of the store, brand owner Al Hawaj Group headed by Mr Jawad Al Hawaj, along with Azadea Group management, were on hand for the ribbon cutting ceremony. The event was themed as ‘White Masquerade’, where guests received white masks upon entry and welcomed in with sumptuous light bites and refreshments. Special prizes were printed on the masks, much to the delight of the lucky winners. Guests were also treated to a host of fun and entertainment including an illusionist who mesmerised the audience with his magical tricks; whilst a giant photo booth made sure the crowd got a memento of the intimate event. The real star of the event however were Intimissimi’s newest collections for Spring/Summer 2017, featuring the new design “Bralette”. The latest additions to the Intimissimi range, worn under a shirt or tux, create a contemporary look, making your lingerie an accessory rather than invisible. To evoke the brand’s close affinity with women, the two models portray different femininity, with a collection that is seductive but at the same time elegant and of the latest trends. افتتاح بوادي مول أكبر مركز تجاري في العين خلال أسابيع

تضـــع بلــــديــــة العـــين و شركة ''نايل وبن حرمل للاستثمار''، اللمسات الأخيرة تمهيدا للافتتاح الجزئي لمركز ''بوادي مول'' بمنطقة مزيد في العين خلال الأسابيع القليلة المقبلة والذي يعد الأكبر من نوعه في المدينة حتى الآن ويتوقع أن يستقبل 8 ملايين زائر في العام الأول· وقال بشار التميمي مدير عام الشركة المطورة إن التشغيل المبدئي للمركز سيبدأ بافتتاح ''الكارفور'' هايبر ماركت على أن يتبع ذلك افتتاح باقي أقسام المركز وملحقاته بما في ذلك الترفيهية والمحال التجارية التي تعرض ملابس وأحذية وأزياء وإكسسوارات من ماركات عالمية شهيرة تعرض بأسواق العين لأول مرة· ويقع ''بوادي مول''على مساحة إجمالية قدرها 80 ألف متر مربع تشغل مساحة البناء منها 145 ألف متر مربع ويتكون من طابقين منها 110 آلاف متر مربع تشغلها المحال والمعارض التجارية بالإضافة إلى مواقف فسيحة مظللة للسيارات تتسع لأكثر من 3500 سيارة روعي توزيعها بعناية ودقة حول المركز لتسهيل دخول جمهور المتسوقين والزوار للمركز من مداخله المختلفة والبالغ عددها ستة· وأشار التميمي إلى أن ''كارفور'' هايبر ماركت يعتبر المتجر الرئيسي في المركز التجاري بالإضافة إلى أكثر من 380 متجرا تجمع سلعا وبضائع من أرقى العلامات التجارية المحلية والعالمية تحت سقف واحد في العين لأول مرة· وتم تخصيص مساحة 10 آلاف متر مربع داخل المركز الجديد للأطفال حيث يوجد أحدث وسائل التسلية والمرح واللعب منها لعبة ''الأفعوانية'' ضمن مركز ترفيه عائلي بالإضافة الى دار عرض سينمائي تضم 8 قاعات عرض مختلفة تتسع لــ1500 شخص· ويتمتع مركز التسوق الجديد بموقع استراتيجي على امتداد شارع سلطان بن زايد والذي يبعد 6 كيلومترات فقط عن وسط المدينة ، كما يسهل الوصول للمركز من خلال شارع المدارس (شارع خالد بن سلطان ) والذي يعتبر العمود الفقري لشبكة الطرق الرئيسية بالمدينة· وجاءت التصاميم الخارجية والداخلية لمبنى المركز لتمزج بين الحداثة والتراث تماشيا مع الطابع المعماري الخاص بالمدينة · وحول فكرة هذا المركز التجاري الضخم داخل الموقع بالذات، أوضح بشار التميمي أن المراكز التجارية الكبرى كبوادي مول يجب أن تقام على أطراف المدن بعيدا عن الازدحام والاختناقات المرورية بحيث يمكن الوصول إليها بيسر وسهولة عبر الطرق الرئيسية السريعة· ولفت إلى أن أبرز ما يميز بوادي بول موقعه الاستراتيجي على احد مفترق الطرق الرئيسية التي تربط العين بمدينة أبوظبي حيث يقع المركز على مسافة 6 كيلومترات تقريبا من منطقة وسط المدينة ولا يستغرق زمن الوصول إليه أكثر من 5 دقائق عبر شارع المدارس · ومن مزايا مركز بوادي مول كذلك أنه يمثل الامتداد العمراني لمدينة العين شرقا باتجاه منطقة مزيد وتحيط به عدة مناطق وتجمعات سكانية حيوية فهناك بالإضافة إلى مزيد مناطق أم غافة ، الصاروج ، والظاهر والشبحات يضاف الى ذلك قرب المركز من الفنادق الكبرى في العين خاصة فندقي الهيلتون والانتركونتيننتال وارتباطه ببعض الطرق الرئيسية الأخرى التي تسهل عملية الانطلاق منه الى المعالم السياحية والتاريخية البارزة في المدينة كالمبزرة الخضراء وجبل حفيت · ويأتي مشروع مركز التسوق ''بوادي مول '' في إطار استراتيجية حكومة أبوظبي لتوسيع آفاق التعاون بين القطاعين العام والخاص ، حيث كانت دائرة البلديات والزراعة - بلدية العين وقعت العقد الأول من نوعه مع شركة نايل وبن حرمل للاستثمار في الأول من أغسطس 2006 على أن تقوم بموجبه الشركة المطورة ببناء وتشغيل هذا المركز التجاري الضخم مع سوق العين المركزي للمواشي والدواجن والعلف الذي تقرر افتتاحه أول فبراير المقبل ضمن مدينة تجارية متكاملة تقع على مساحة 82 هكتارا تقريبا
